2. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

2.1. Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
• Cost: Free for orders over Rs500; otherwise, a flat rate of Rs 40

2.2. Express Shipping

• Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
• Cost: Rs40

2.3. Overnight Shipping

• Delivery Time: 1 business day
• Cost: Rs100

3. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed after 12 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

• Domestic: All states and territories within India
• International: Selected countries (please check our website for the list of countries we ship to)

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order using the tracking number provided on our website or the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Timeframes

• Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
• Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
• While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.

8. Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer support team at support@zyric.in. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Duties and Taxes

• Domestic Orders: Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are usually collected by the customs office of the destination country.
